Does commission apply to renewals, or only the first contract?
For approved partners in good standing, referral compensation applies to gross client engagement payments for leaders you introduced—including renewals and extensions—while you remain an active partner in good standing. If you leave the program or are no longer in good standing, compensation does not continue on future renewals after that point.
What is the commission based on?
Compensation is a percentage of gross engagement value—the actual fees THCLI receives for the work—so the amount reflects each project's scope and duration.
